Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCcommerce, USPS or e-packet depending on your location and fastest available service. TRAM XCELLENCE does not offer free shipping. The costs of shipping are calculated at the Checkout and vary according to the type and number of items you buy. The more items you buy, the cheaper the shipping rates are.

Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
